Alderman Bolton Primary Pupils also came away with awards in the new Under 13 Novice category, which has been created to support younger players new to competitions. Accent’s Strategic Lead, Janice Pounds said: “Competitions provide real motivation for students and we are delighted that so many Brass pupils from our region are starting to enter when they are so young. Their achievement is testament to their dedication and hard work, and to the quality of Music Education that takes place in our schools. Many congratulations to you all!”
